For an environmental and people responsible agriculture

The main issue of Alsace Bio LLC is the promotion of organic farming in the Alsatian region. A small local producers group established the company in 2001. Since 2004, Alsace Bio carries out this work throughout the BiObernai’s Fair Trade Exhibition organization.

In regular contact with regional organizations involved in this sector (OPABA – French professional organization of organic farming in Alsace, the Alsatian Chamber of Agriculture, the Great East region…) but also with numerous crosscutting entities. Alsace Bio should aim over the longer term to promote regional productions through labeling.
